Change of Company Name

At Yogaprosess AS’s ordinary annual assembly on the 12th of February 2022, the assembled shareholders, representing 100% of the shares, decided to change the company name from
Yogaprosess AS to Somamed AS.
The new name was registered in the official National Norwegian Business Register on the 1st of March 2022.

The change of name reflects a generational change with Sondre Farestveit taking over as the chairman of the board.

The name change is purely administrative and does not indicate any change of operation. Somamed AS will still be focusing on developing, manufacturing, marketing and selling medical devices.

Together with the name change, the postal address of the company will change from
P. O. Box 2599 Solli, 0203 Oslo, Norway to P. O. Box 200, 1451 Nesoddtangen, Norway.
